Policy and implementation procedures • Preparing a draft Governance Policy for discussion by Board • Providing draft recommendations for the development of
Governance systems and implementation
Phase II • Developing Board level leadership of Governance • Organizational development of the strategy
• Implementation and training • Recommendations on review mechanisms
The outcome of Phase II will be an integrated Governance
system within the organisation.
